We had Hawaiian Haystacks for dinner last night. I tossed the leftover brown rice, quinoa, and veggies in a bowl, and today I microwaved them for about 5 minutes. Then, I added some fresh orange and pineapple chunks, a few tbsp teriyaki, and some hot chili paste. Voila! Hot Hawaiian Haystacks!! Very tasty!! Vegan/gluten free.
